• 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and business development.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with ability to lead high-stakes negotiations.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in consulting or advisory roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans prioritizing accounts and opportunities to drive revenue through client procurement relationships.
• Lead negotiations to achieve revenue growth with client accounts.
• Provide strategic guidance on MSAs, Rate Cards, and supplier programs.
• Coach account teams on key procurement strategies and topics.
• Lead responses to RFPs leveraging client procurement insights.
• Build onsite relationships with senior client executives.
