Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Procurement Manager for Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) in the United States. You will drive strategic sourcing for core infrastructure including warehouse facilities, engineering services, and labor, shaping the procurement strategy for a high-visibility business unit.

You will lead end-to-end sourcing, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations while partnering with Legal, Real Estate, and Operations to ensure cost control, compliance, and scalable supply.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience.
• Experience with full strategic sourcing lifecycle: category strategy, RFx, supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing & category management for warehouses, construction, MHE and labor.
• Lead negotiations for multi-year contracts with favorable terms and risk controls.
• Manage supplier relationships and establish governance with KPIs/SLAs.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Legal and EHS to align timelines and specs.
