Job summary

TikTok is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead the end-to-end supplier payments and centralized procurement processes in our US operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in procurement, supply chain, finance, etc.
• Familiar with the entire process and system of centralized procurement payment.

Responsibilities

• Think through problems to optimize procurement processes.
• Develop SOPs and SLA metrics for standardization.
• Identify automation opportunities to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with finance and internal control on cross-functional projects.
• Monitor payments to ensure policy compliance and reduce risk.
• Identify payment risks and implement controls with internal audit.
• Address supplier payment pain points with actionable solutions.
• Analyze data, report metrics, and suggest improvements.
• Plan programs, coordinate resources, and manage project progress.
• Coordinate with operations on POC and manage BPO vendors.

Education
