Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Procurement Manager for Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) in the US to lead strategic sourcing and procurement of infrastructure, warehousing, and labor. You will shape procurement strategy for a high-visibility business unit and drive cost controls and scalable operations.

The role requires negotiating complex agreements, building supplier relationships, and coordinating with Legal and cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience in indirect categories such as warehousing, logistics, industrial real estate, or construction.
• Proven track record of leading complex negotiations and managing multi-million dollar contracts.
• Experience with the full strategic sourcing lifecycle, including category strategy development, market analysis, RFx execution, and supplier performance management.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed (up to 25%).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for key categories, including multi-year warehouse leases and facility build-outs.
• Lead end-to-end RFx processes, from drafting requirements to supplier evaluation and scoring.
• Lead negotiations for high-value, multi-year agreements and manage CLM processes.
• Maintain supplier governance, monitor performance, and manage risks.
