Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Logistics Solution Manager for the Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) Seller Growth team in the US. You will own and tailor fulfillment solutions, enable the BD team to drive seller adoption, and optimize the end-to-end fulfillment journey across industries and product types.

You’ll focus on inbound, inventory health, last-mile, and returns, while sharpening FBT’s value proposition and cost-competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3+ years in ecommerce logistics, supply chain, seller operations, or solution/enablement roles.
• Strong grasp of ecommerce fulfillment: inbound, inventory, first and last-mile, returns, cost structures.
• Data-driven problem solver who can size opportunities and quantify solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the fulfillment solutions that power seller adoption of FBT.
• Design industry- and product-specific fulfillment solutions and playbooks.
• Standardize the inbound playbook and enable the BD team to move inventory into FBT warehousing.
• Develop solutions to keep warehouse inventory healthy and efficient.
• Map the end-to-end fulfillment journey and collaborate with product and cross-functional teams.
• Strengthen FBT value and cost-competitiveness versus other options.
• Own performance outcomes and drive measurable improvement across teams.
