Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive partnership playbook for logistics and supply chain providers.
• Drive executive-level engagement with national/global carriers and negotiate terms.
• Architect onboarding frameworks, SLAs, KPIs, and cost optimization strategies.
• Translate strategy into operational metrics and proactive risk management.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with partners to drive cost reduction and service improvements.
