Job summary

Reworld Waste, LLC is seeking a Sr. Procurement Specialist based in Indianapolis, IN to lead site procurement activities and drive sourcing strategies across multiple facilities.

You will manage supplier onboarding, qualification, performance, and cost-reduction initiatives while collaborating with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams. The role requires 5-7+ years in procurement, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (PeopleSoft or SAP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or technical discipline.
• 5-7+ years of procurement and supply management experience.
• Experience with supplier qualification, RFPs, bids, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead local/regional procurement processes for multiple sites.
• Manage supplier qualification, onboarding, and performance.
• Coordinate RFPs, bids, negotiations, and contract finalizations.
• Develop cost reduction programs and monitor KPIs.
• Support budgeting with cost reporting and analytics.
• Travel ~30% to site locations for sourcing activities.
