Reworld is seeking a Procurement Specialist based in Indianapolis, IN to lead local and regional procurement activities across multiple sites. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage supplier onboarding, and work with Corporate Procurement to drive cost reductions and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in procurement, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with MS Office, PeopleSoft or SAP, and MS Project.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; Supply Chain, Finance, or technical discipline preferred.
• MBA, CPSM, and PMP certifications are highly desired but not required.

Aufgaben

• Manage local/regional procurement processes in accordance with Reworld procedures.
• Own supplier onboarding, qualification, performance management, and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with Facility Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams; advise on contractual rights and obligations.
• Lead supplier qualification, RFPs, bid conferences, market comparisons, and contract finalization.
