Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of procurement/purchasing experience.
• Experience executing RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and competitive bids.
• Negotiation experience on pricing, SLAs, terms with Legal & stakeholders.
• Experience with NetSuite purchasing workflows.
• Experience in biotech, healthcare, or regulated industries.
• Proficient Excel skills for spend analysis and data modeling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate end-to-end procurement for assigned goods and services.
• Issue RFQs/RFPs and evaluate supplier qualifications.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and master agreements with stakeholders.
• Manage supplier onboarding, PO issuance, and spend tracking.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure procurement policies, approvals, and audit-ready documentation.
