Job summary

EY is seeking a Category Management & Sourcing Consulting Manager with deep expertise in strategic procurement to help clients optimize spend, reduce costs, and improve service delivery. You will lead a team of consultants, guide workshops, and develop AI-driven procurement solutions across multiple spend categories.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in strategic sourcing and category management, plus 2+ years in procurement consulting, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in strategic sourcing and category management, with at least 2 years in procurement consulting.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as a client-facing consultant to assess opportunities for strategic procurement improvements and lead client engagements.
• Lead workshops with clients to gather information, assess current state, and identify opportunities for total cost reduction.
• Identify client challenges in category management and recommend innovative solutions leveraging leading practices and AI.
