Job summary

EY is seeking a Category Management & Sourcing Consulting Manager to lead a team delivering strategic procurement improvements for clients. You will guide category management, sourcing strategies, and AI-driven solutions to optimize value, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.

You will work closely with clients, develop workshops, and mentor junior staff while advancing EY's procurement thought leadership and technology-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in strategic sourcing and category management.
• At least 2 years of procurement consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a client-facing consultant to assess opportunities for strategic procurement improvement.
• Lead process workshops with clients to identify opportunities for total cost reduction.
• Develop approaches and work plans; manage engagement delivery lifecycle.
• Design and implement AI-driven procurement solutions to optimize decision-making.
• Develop category expertise across multiple spend areas and drive cost reduction.
• Coach and develop junior team members on opportunity assessment and value delivery.
