Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5-8 years in strategic sourcing and category management; at least 2 years in procurement consulting.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
• Experience with indirect or direct category management.
• Proven ability to drive total cost reduction or capability improvement.

Responsibilities

• Act as client-facing consultant to assess procurement opportunities and deliver improvements.
• Lead workshops with clients to gather information and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Develop approach/work plans and manage engagement delivery.
• Own deliverables and guide client reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
• Design AI-driven procurement solutions to optimize decision-making and efficiency.
