Job summary

EY is seeking a Category Management & Sourcing Consulting Manager to lead client engagements in strategic procurement, including category management and sourcing. You will guide a team of consultants to improve client procurement processes, reduce total costs, and implement AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5–8 years in strategic sourcing and category management.
• At least 2 years in procurement consulting.
• Proven knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
• Experience shaping solutions that drive total cost reduction.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess opportunities for strategic procurement improvement.
• Lead workshops to gather information and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Identify challenges in category management and propose innovative solutions.
• Develop work plans and manage engagement programs.
• Own deliverables and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Design and implement AI-driven procurement solutions.
• Lead teams in strategic sourcing and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Coach junior team members on opportunity assessment and value delivery.
