NCTD seeks a Procurement Contracting Officer to manage basic- to intermediate-level procurement and contract administration across diverse commodities and services, supporting District operations.

Under general direction, the PCO handles bids, evaluations, negotiations, and contract compliance, coordinating with user departments, vendors, and project teams to achieve best-value outcomes and compliant, timely deliveries.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years of relevant procurement/contracting experience preferred.
• Transit/public agency experience highly desirable.
• Combination of experience and education may be considered.
