Job summary

Augmentis Group is seeking a Segment Project Procurement Specialist to support multiple manufacturing plants in procurement and project management within the Metal Castings division, North America. The role emphasizes strategic supplier relations, contract governance, and cross-functional collaboration across sites.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in procurement, 1+ year Oracle experience, and up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of experience in Procurement or Contract Development/Management.
• 1+ year of experience with Oracle or a similar enterprise system.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• US work authorization; visa sponsorship not available.
• Export-controlled items access requires eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Contract Development and Management: review requirements, draft/ negotiate POs, ensure compliance.
• Project Management: lead CAPEX projects, outsourcing, supplier onboarding and cost reduction.
• Process Control and Compliance: identify inefficiencies and drive cost-effective, compliant processes.
• Multi-Site Support: assist plants division-wide and provide backup execution support.
