Solventum is seeking a strategic Procurement Initiatives and Compliance Lead to drive regulatory-aligned procurement programs. You will translate regulations into actionable plans, manage cross-functional teams, and optimize reporting across the supply chain.

This senior role requires an ability to lead complex projects, ensure documentation rigor, and guide change management while interfacing with executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or project management in regulated industries.
• Experience in medical device, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Experience with ERP/procurement systems and analytics tools.

Responsabilités

• Translate regulations into actionable procurement deliverables with regulatory teams.
• Demonstrate compliance via objective evidence and documentation practices.
• Develop clear procurement strategies aligned with company goals and projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Finance, IT, Suppliers and Customers.
• Contribute to procurement technology roadmap and digital workflows.
• Support Make vs Buy and Source of Supply decisions with procurement processes.
• Communicate project status and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Gather requirements and design processes for data collection, reporting, and storage.
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and company standards.
• Define KPIs and governance, track progress, report outcomes to executives.
