Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Procurement Initiatives and Compliance Lead to drive cross-functional projects, optimize processes, and ensure regulatory compliance across procurement activities. You will translate regulations into actionable plans while shaping the technology roadmap and reporting standards.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in procurement compliance, experience with SAP/Coupa/Ariba, and strong analytics, communication, and project-management skills in a dynamic, remote-friendly role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in procurement compliance.
• 1+ year in analytics or a data-related role.
• Knowledge of FDA/GxP compliance and ISO standards for medical device manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP and procurement systems (SAP, Coupa, Ariba).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Translate regulations into clear, actionable procurement deliverables.
• Follow good documentation practices to demonstrate compliance.
• Develop procurement strategies and project plans aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Finance, IT, Suppliers and Customers.
• Contribute to procurement technology roadmap and tool requirements.
• Support Make vs Buy and Source of Supply processes.
• Communicate updates and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Gather requirements for data reporting and process design.
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and company standards.
• Define KPIs and governance; report to leadership.
