Job summary

Solventum seeks a strategic Procurement Initiatives and Compliance Lead to drive key compliance projects and cross-functional procurement plans. You will translate regulations into actionable deliverables, align with regulatory, quality, and operations teams, and guide the technology roadmap for sourcing compliance.

In this role, you will define KPIs, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure adherence to medical device regulatory standards while collaborating with finance, IT, and suppliers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years in procurement or PM.
• 3+ years in procurement compliance and regulatory alignment.
• 1+ year in analytics or BI within procurement or supply chain.
• Knowledge of FDA/GxP compliance and ISO standards for medical devices.
• Experience with ERP and procurement systems (SAP, Coupa, Ariba).
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate regulations into clear procurement deliverables and actions.
• Lead cross-functional project plans aligned with business goals.
• Define KPIs and governance; report outcomes to leadership.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory and IT.
• Contribute to procurement technology roadmap and tool requirements.
• Support Make vs Buy and Source of Supply processes.
• Ensure procurement projects meet medical device regulatory standards.
