Job summary

Reserv is seeking a seasoned Senior People Operations Business Partner to serve as a trusted strategic partner across Technology and Operations, while supporting Claims as needed. You will align people programs with business goals and operate autonomously within the People Operations framework.

You will partner with leaders to drive performance management, compensation design, workforce planning, and data-driven HR initiatives.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience across multiple functions.
Experience developing or contributing to compensation structures, job architecture, or leveling frameworks for technical roles.
Deep understanding of people dynamics, culture, and talent challenges across diverse business functions.
Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive initiatives from concept to completion.
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes.
Excellent communication and influencing skills—comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
Experience working within an established HR structure and adapting to existing systems, tools, and processes.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted HR partner across Technology, Operations, and Claims when needed.
Build relationships with business leaders to align people strategies with goals.
Lead performance management cycles, including goal-setting and calibrations.
Design and implement compensation frameworks and leveling structures.
Identify trends in people data and translate insights into recommendations.
Drive change management as the business evolves and grows.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cohesive people programs.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
