Vertiv is seeking a Manager of Business Process Improvement & VOS to own small process improvement projects and contribute to medium-scale initiatives across OTC, PTP, NPDI, SIOP, and Services in the Americas. The role requires leadership of cross-functional sessions, collaboration with IT, and utilization of data tools to guide decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with broad exposure to planning, development, and implementation.
• Intermediate knowledge in project planning, development, management, and implementation.
• PM certifications (PMP/CSM/LSSBB) are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end small OTC/PTP/NPDI/SIOP or Services projects.
• Contribute significantly to medium-scale projects and lead workshops.
• Facilitate cross-functional sessions and partner with IT for system/ tool implementations.
• Prepare flowcharts and reporting packages; perform root cause analysis.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities to improve processes.
• Liaise with Learning & Development; support policy/procedures updates.
