Job summary

Vertiv Corporation is seeking a Process Excellence Manager to standardize and optimize global processes across Materials Management, Production Planning, Scheduling, and Purchasing in a multi-site ETO/CTO environment. You will drive digitalization and data-driven decision making to balance on-time delivery with cost efficiency.

The role requires 8+ years in supply chain or planning, strong ERP/MRP expertise, and proven leadership of cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in supply chain, planning, or materials management.
• Experience leading global or multi-site process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Map and redesign core processes across materials management, planning, and purchasing.
• Standardize global processes and governance frameworks.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives with KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with IT/ERP teams to enhance planning tools (ERP, APS).
• Drive data-driven decision making and digital transformation.
• Provide change management and training for global teams.
• Monitor KPIs such as schedule adherence and inventory levels.
