Job summary

Vertiv seeks a Global Project Management Supervisor within its Infrastructure Solutions unit in the United States. The role directs global and regional projects, leading project managers, PMO activities, and governance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The position collaborates across NPDI processes and drives reporting consistency for Infra Solutions. Ideal candidates have engineering backgrounds, 6+ years in related roles, and PMP/Agile certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering required.
• 6+ years in technical product development, engineering management, project management, or related.
• PMI-ACP, PMP, or Agile certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the PMO; ensure projects meet time and budget goals.
• Direct the NPDI Phase-Gate process to deliver market/customer relevant projects.
• Develop and own comprehensive portfolio dashboard for ITS leaders.
• Provide guidance on PMO policies, processes and governance.
• Manage project submissions, prioritization, and approvals; maintain project pipeline.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure Solutions leaders to drive consistency and improvements.
