Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 8-10 years of experience in project management or related processes (OTC, PTP, NPDI, SIOP, Services).
• Experience in an international and culturally diverse organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end BPM and transformation initiatives from problem identification through sustainment.
• Develop current-state assessments and scalable future-state processes.
• Identify bottlenecks, handoffs, duplications, and inefficiencies.
• Lead value-stream mapping, Kaizen events, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving workshops.
• Establish standardized work, governance, controls, and performance measures.
