Job summary

Vertiv in Westerville, OH is seeking a Manager, Business Process Improvement & VOS to own end-to-end small process improvement projects and contribute to medium-scale initiatives across OTC, PTP, NPDI, SIOP and Services in the Americas.

You will lead cross-functional sessions, partner with IT and business leaders, and leverage data tools to support decision-making, while guiding SMEs and charting flowcharts, root-cause analyses, and automation opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
8–10 years of experience in project management or exposure to multiple processes (OTC, PTP, NPDI, SIOP, Services).
Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

End-to-end ownership of small OTC, PTP, NPDI, SIOP or Services projects.
Significant contributor on medium projects; lead value stream and process mapping workshops.
Prepare flowcharts and reporting packages; perform root cause analysis.
Identify AI and automation opportunities; work with IT for system and tooling implementations.
Liaise with Learning and Development; execute training.
Hold team to commitments and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
