Job summary

System Soft Technologies seeks a Senior Process Improvement Analyst in Colorado Springs to partner with leaders, drive measurable operational improvements, and guide teams through data-driven initiatives. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity focused on delivering meaningful change and ongoing process excellence.

You will lead workshops, map processes, and coach stakeholders across functions to realize efficiency gains and enhanced service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong facilitation skills and experience leading stakeholder workshops.
• Customer journey mapping and process mapping expertise.
• Ability to influence leaders, build consensus, and manage cross-functional initiatives.
• Analytical, communication, and presentation skills; data-driven mindset.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Human-Centered Design experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate process improvement initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions.
• Map current and future-state processes and customer journeys.
• Identify opportunities for increased efficiency, effectiveness, and service excellence.
• Develop recommendations, business cases, and implementation roadmaps.
• Partner with leadership teams to drive sustainable change.
• Coach and mentor stakeholders on process improvement methodologies.
