Job summary

the company is seeking an Operations Analyst to partner with leadership across Engineering, Analytics, Finance, and Product to design and manage processes for engineering, financial, and technical operations. The role requires building scalable cadences and delivering measurable outcomes.

You will work with Senior Director & VP level resources to mature processes, improve communication, and drive operational excellence in a largely hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business operations or related functions

• Ability to lead initiatives by influence
• Experience communicating across distributed teams

• Ability to document and train stakeholders on new processes

Responsibilities

• Manage and mature cross-organizational processes including Product Lifecycle and Engineering Ops
• Operationalize FinOps and cloud spend management
• Institute discipline and consistency within Product and Engineering teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional resources to improve communications and measure portfolio results
• Champion tooling and process improvements to scale
