Job summary

Talantir is seeking a detail-oriented Process Analyst to support documentation, analysis, and improvement efforts for a year-long Salesforce integration and digital services modernization project.

The analyst will map current and future state processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements across teams to align with strategic goals. Experience in higher education or government environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process analysis, business analysis, or continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping methodologies (BPMN, SIPOC, Swimlanes).
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience supporting technology or system implementations.
• Prosci Change Management Certification preferred for this role.
• Experience in higher education or government environments is a plus.

Location: Remote (Preferred: Fort Collins or Denver Metro Area)

Contract Duration: 10/2025 – 10/2026

Pay Rate: $85–$90/hour

Employment Type: W-2 or 1099
