Indiana University’s School of Public Health-Bloomington is seeking a director to lead operational transformation, data modernization, and AI-enabled initiatives across SPH-B and IU partners.

You will collaborate with leadership, data owners, and design experts to map current and future states, test assumptions, and drive adoption, training, and measurable improvements in institutional performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in organizational improvement, business, public administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in a related field.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects, data/analytics initiatives, or AI-enabled transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Reports to the Assistant Dean for Education and Strategic Innovation and leads cross-functional initiatives to improve SPH-B operations.
• Serves as strategic leader, coordinating with units and partners to identify challenges and design improved future states.
• Leads transformation, data framework development, and AI-enabled solutions within IU governance standards.
• Develops reusable process maps, documentation, and solution patterns for consistency and scalability.
• Oversees pilots, implementation, training, adoption, and continuous improvement.
