Indiana University’s Center for Bioinformatics (IN-CCBB-IUINA) at the IU School of Medicine seeks a seasoned program manager to lead the Office of Data Science and AI (ODSAI). This role coordinates AI-ready data assets, governance, research computing, and workforce development while engaging faculty, clinicians, and external partners to translate AI initiatives into clinical impact.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 5+ years leading complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in related field.
• Experience leading and managing complex programs or projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of institutional programs.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for complex program functions.
• Exercise professional judgment to interpret requirements and resolve issues.
• Develop program frameworks, policies, and operating models.
• Evaluate program performance using data and stakeholder feedback.
• Build and maintain cross-departmental relationships to advance objectives.
• Serve as subject-matter expert and trusted advisor to leaders and colleagues.
• Oversee cross-functional initiatives and monitor progress.
