Job summary

Indiana University’s School of Public Health - Bloomington seeks a senior leader to drive human-centered process transformation, data and decision support, and AI-enabled enablement. The role evaluates institutional needs and designs interventions across redesign, analytics, automation, AI, and system integration.

You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with SPH-B leadership, and coordinate pilots from discovery to adoption, ensuring governance and stakeholder alignment across IU

Qualifications

• Education beyond minimum may substitute for experience.
• 5 years in a related field is required.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and data initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reports to ADESI and leads cross-functional initiatives to improve SPH-B operations.
• Leads transformation efforts from problem definition through implementation and measurement.
• Develops AI-enabled solutions within IU security and governance requirements.
• Applies human-centered design and stakeholder engagement to map current and future states.
• Establishes sustainable standards, reusable maps, and documentation for continuity.
