Indiana University in Bloomington is seeking an Associate Director of Development to lead donor stewardship and annual giving campaigns for SPH-Bloomington.

You will coordinate acknowledgments, reporting, and alumni engagement, working closely with the IU Foundation to maximize donor impact and engagement across the university. The role requires collaboration across departments and a strong commitment to fundraising excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 2+ years of fundraising, sales, a higher education foundation, or related field.
• Preferred: 5 years in higher education, sales, public relations, or alumni relations.

Responsabilités

• Acts as central point for SPH-B donor stewardship activities.
• Designs and executes scholarship fund reporting with student recipients.
• Oversees donor acknowledgment processes and reports to donors.
• Plans and participates in solicitation efforts for annual fund gifts.
• Cultivates donor relationships and maintains donor files.
• Tracks progress toward goals and reports metrics to leadership.
