Job summary

Duke University is seeking a Senior Director to lead the enterprise Supply Chain AI, automation, PMO, business office, and analytics function for Duke University and Duke Health. You will translate executive priorities into a coordinated operating capability that drives value, improves decision-making, and builds trusted data through dashboards and PowerBI.

Qualifications

Education: bachelor’s degree.
Experience: minimum of ten (10) years in progressively responsible positions including supervision and program leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead all Supply Chain AI and automation activities across Duke University and Duke Health, including opportunity identification, use-case prioritization, implementation, adoption, and benefit tracking.
Build practical automation solutions that reduce manual work, improve cycle time, strengthen compliance, and create capacity for higher-value supply chain activity.
Partner with IT, data governance, cybersecurity, compliance, operational leaders, and functional owners to ensure AI and automation solutions are safe, scalable, governed, and aligned with enterprise standards.
