Job summary

Warren CAT is seeking a Process Implementation Specialist to drive and support cross-functional projects that improve critical business processes and customer excellence in Oklahoma City.

You will manage multiple initiatives, collaborate with operations, develop plans, track KPIs, and provide training and post-implementation support to end users. A bachelor's degree and CAT dealer experience are strongly preferred, with a focus on delivering measurable financial results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years CAT dealer experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical, decision making, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist, manage and/or lead multiple projects and continuous improvement efforts concurrently, on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with operations to gather input and align processes with goals.
• Develop implementation project plans; monitor and communicate progress.
• Identify and resolve problems; develop alternatives.
• Coordinate projects with other improvement efforts.
• Develop training materials and user guides.
• Provide post go live support and report to senior management.
