Job summary

Warren CAT in Tulsa, OK seeks a Retail Development Specialist to drive sales in a high-volume, outbound environment. You will manage customer data in CRM, pre-qualify leads, and demonstrate products to emphasize features and benefits.

The role requires the ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals, write routine reports, and communicate persuasively with customers. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of experience and/or education.
• Ability to sell products and develop leads in a high-volume outbound calling environment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Document lists of prospective customers in the CRM system for use by the sales organization.
• Pre-qualifying sales leads for follow-up by the outside sales force; call regular and prospective customers to solicit orders.
• Demonstrate products using samples or catalogs to emphasize features and benefits.
• Present and discuss prices and credit terms; prepare sales contracts.
• Prepare reports of business transactions and keep expense accounts.
