Samsung Electronics America, headquartered in Plano, TX, is seeking a Director of Pricing and Systems Operations to lead pricing, governance, and sales operations across the B2B Display division. This role shapes profitability through data-driven decision making and scalable technology.

You will build and lead cross-functional teams, own RFP strategy, CRM and quoting platform roadmaps, and deliver executive insights.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pricing, revenue management, sales operations, or related fields with senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree; CPP/CRM/PM certifications are a plus.
• Deep expertise in pricing architecture, margin analysis, deal structuring, and RFP strategy in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record leading systems strategy, CRM governance, and enterprise-level tech implementations.
• Experience managing and developing teams across pricing and operations functions.
• Strong understanding of channel programs, contract management, and revenue compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end pricing strategy and governance for the B2B Display division.
• Own RFP strategy and revenue management with Sales and Finance leadership.
• Develop systems roadmap for CRM, quoting platforms, and automation tools.
• Lead pricing operations and cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, and IT.
• Establish analytics and executive reporting for pricing performance.
• Drive scalable processes and compliance across pricing and systems.
