Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. in Plano, Texas, is seeking a strategic VP of Display to drive the full portfolio across US B2B channels, shaping go-to-market plans, product definition, and execution to grow market share.

You will lead cross‑functional teams and manage customer satisfaction while achieving financial targets. The role requires extensive GM and GTM experience, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate a complex, matrixed environment with executives and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 16+ years GM and Go-to-Market experience required.
• Proven executive general management experience with P&L and go-to-market strategy.
• Track record of transforming a product-focused B2B business to services.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with ability to predict market shifts.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through change.
• Global experience preferred, ideally leading a Sales & Marketing subsidiary of a non-US HQ.
• Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication with executives at all levels.
• Experience in B2B hardware and software sell-through with distributors.

Responsibilities

• Leads sales, marketing, operations, product lifecycle management, and the overall success of the business.
• Develops channel strategies and go-to-market approaches with partnerships and alliances.
• Develops, directs, and negotiates customer sales agreements at corporate or business channel level and ensures commitments are delivered.
• Translates strategy into a tactical execution plan to achieve P&L and profit targets.
• Develops sales and business objectives, sets direction, and measures performance against goals.
• Maintains senior-level relationships with top customers and partners.
