Job summary

Atlanta Winsupply seeks a detail-oriented Pricing and Rebate Specialist to manage manufacturer pricing programs, special pricing agreements, and customer-specific pricing. You will oversee program administration from setup through renewal and reconciliation to protect gross margin and ensure timely recovery of eligible rebates.

You will collaborate with sales, purchasing, accounting, and manufacturer representatives, owning pricing issues from initial request to resolution and maintaining

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong numerical abilities.
• Pricing knowledge including margins, costs, discounts, and rebates.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for large data analysis.
• Ability to calculate gross margin and understand pricing impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage new program requests, renewals, extensions, and revisions with sales and manufacturer reps; gather customer/project/product details and see through approvals.
• Maintain accurate program records: manufacturer/customer info, agreement numbers, pricing, terms, dates, documentation.
• Monitor expirations, initiate renewal follow-ups, and alert teams of changes or gaps.
