Job summary

Summit Electric Supply, part of the Sonepar group, is seeking a Rebate Contract Administrator to manage rebate agreements in SAP and collaborate with Corporate Purchasing, Service Center Leaders, Operations Managers, Account Managers and branch AP to ensure accurate data and maximize rebates.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook. A High School diploma or GED is required, with 5+ years in wholesale distribution preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to maintain multiple activities with strong time management
• Experience with rebate processes, loading agreements and reconciliations in SAP/Vistex is preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required

Responsibilities

• Manage the rebate process from loading agreements to transmission and ongoing maintenance
• Submit rebate claims to vendors via EDI, online, flat file or PDF
• Update rebate agreements, materials, stock costs and reconciliation data in SAP
• Investigate root causes of rebate discrepancies between Summit and manufacturers
• Continuously improve rebate processes to maximize profitability
• Perform other duties as assigned
