Job summary

Flexsys is seeking a Pricing & Rebate Analyst in Akron, OH to support pricing execution, rebate administration, and margin analysis within the Product Management team. You will ensure customer prices, formula pricing, rebates, accruals, and related conditions are accurately captured in SAP and aligned with business strategy.

You will collaborate across Product Management, Commercial, Finance, Customer Service, and IT to enable timely price changes and transparent reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, supply chain, data analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in analytical, pricing, finance, or supply chain roles.
• Experience with SAP pricing, rebate, contract, or condition record processes preferred.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; Power BI or dashboards a plus.
• Analytical with ability to interpret pricing, margin, rebate, and customer data.
• High attention to detail and accuracy with pricing master data and rebates.

Responsibilities

• Execute pricing strategies and maintain customer prices and price records in SAP.
• Monitor pricing requests and resolve discrepancies quickly.
• Maintain rebate and incentive agreements, accrual tracking, and settlements with Finance.
• Develop reports and dashboards on price realization, margins, and risks.
• Ensure processes follow policies and improve data quality and controls.
