Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Director of Pricing to lead pricing governance, analytics, and commercial support across lines of business in Irving, TX. You will develop enterprise pricing playbooks, drive value-based pricing, and enable profitable growth with disciplined pricing practices.

Partner with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and IT to optimize margins, implement pricing tools, and monitor performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of pricing, commercial operations, or related experience.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior leadership.
Strong understanding of customer profitability, pricing governance, and commercial processes.
Experience with enterprise pricing programs and governance.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain pricing frameworks, playbooks, approval guidelines, and exception processes.
Partner with Lines of Business to define segmenting, value-based pricing, and tier structures.
Facilitate pricing reviews, variance explanations, and recommended actions.
Monitor pricing performance and provide insight-driven recommendations.
Identify opportunities to improve price realization and target margins.
Reduce pricing leakage with better controls and reporting.
Provide customer profitability analyses to inform strategy.
Support negotiations, contracts, and major commercial opportunities.
Lead governance of pricing systems and data integrity.
Develop dashboards and KPIs to measure pricing impact.
