Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
5+ years of analytical pricing in a law firm.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines.
Team player capable of collaborating with Partners and staff.
Hands-on self-starter with credibility among decision makers.
Ability to analyze/interpret information and develop solutions.
Commitment to quality client service with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.

Responsibilities

Prepare the financial and pricing responses to client RFP submissions with the team.
Develop staffing and budget templates for AFAs across matter types.
Use internal tools to develop budget estimates and AFAs for new opportunities.
Understand AFAs and match them to different areas of law.
Train practice group leaders on pricing best practices.
Oversee the pricing approval process per firm guidelines.
Supervise the AFA workflow from intake to financial modeling and staffing.
