Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Manager of Acute and CHC Pricing Strategy to lead pricing strategy and commercial excellence initiatives across Acute and CHC classes of trade. The role partners with BU leaders and key functions including Marketing, Sales, Sourcing, FP&A and Operations, reporting to the Director of Acute and CHC Revenue Management.

The role develops pricing strategies, advises on deals, and designs standard offers by class of trade while driving profitability and performance analytics

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in pricing or revenue management.
• Experience in a matrixed organization is preferred.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication of vision, strategy and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develops market opportunity views for products and services at the class-of-trade level.
• Determines class-of-trade pricing strategies and customer life-cycle pricing.
• Advises on class-of-trade pricing and standard offer design for deals.
• Oversees standard offer design and application by Deal Management.
• Advises Commercial teams on pricing decisions for deals and RFPs.
• Guides value communication to customers by class of trade.
• Monitors price performance and suggests post-deal adjustments.
• Provides analytical guidance on profitability goals and winning sales behaviors.
