Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Manager of Acute and CHC Pricing Strategy to lead pricing strategy and key commercial excellence efforts across the Acute and CHC classes of trade, including SPD, PD, and IDS opportunities. This role will collaborate closely with business unit leaders and partner with key segment functions, including Marketing, Sales, Sourcing, FP&A, and Operations.

The position reports directly to the Director of Acute and CHC Revenue Management.

Qualifications

7+ years of relevant experience, including leadership in a matrixed organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
Proven track record of communicating vision, strategy, and priorities.
Experience partnering with business and sales leaders to develop profit-generation strategies.
Strong executive presence to influence senior leaders.
Excellent critical-thinking and analytical rigor.
Strong leadership to unite professionals to solve business problems.
Operational discipline to drive engagement across Revenue Management teams.
Curiosity and initiative to grow enterprise profitability.
