Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Manager of Acute and CHC Pricing Strategy to lead pricing strategy and key commercial excellence efforts across the Acute and CHC classes of trade, including SPD, PD, and IDS opportunities. This role will collaborate closely with business unit leaders and partner with key segment functions, including Marketing, Sales, Sourcing, FP&A, and Operations.

The position reports directly to the Director of Acute and CHC Revenue Management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant pricing strategy or revenue management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
• Proven track record of influencing senior leaders and driving results.
• Experience partnering with sales and business leaders to develop profit-generation strategies.
• Strong executive presence and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical mindset balancing strategy and execution.
• Ability to operate within a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategies for Acute and CHC classes of trade.
• Advise on deals, RFPs, and quotes with pricing input.
• Communicate value of deals by class of trade.
• Monitor price performance and recommend post-deal adjustments.
• Provide analytical guidance on profitability goals and attainment.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sourcing, FP&A and Operations.
