Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Manager of Acute and CHC Pricing Strategy to lead pricing strategy and commercial excellence for Acute and CHC classes of trade, including SPD, PD, and IDS opportunities. You will partner with business unit leaders and key functions, reporting to the Director of Acute and CHC Revenue Management.

You will influence pricing decisions, design standard offers, and monitor price performance to maximize profitability across product categories.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience, including success leading within a matrixed organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
• Proven track record of achieving results and communicating vision, strategy, and priorities.
• Experience partnering with business and sales leaders to develop profit-generation strategies.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develops pricing strategy for acute and CHC classes of trade, including SPD, PD, and IDS opportunities.
• Advise on standard class-of-trade pricing and offer designs with input from Deal Management.
• Provide strategic guidance on price performance and profitability goals.
• Lead advisory discussions with Commercial teams on deals, RFPs, and proposals.
• Monitor pricing performance analytics to suggest post-deal adjustments.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Sourcing, FP&A, and Operations to align pricing strategies.
