Job summary

ACI Worldwide seeks a Senior Pricing Manager to lead Pricing Strategy, Interchange Strategy, and Pricing Operations for Speedpay, our biller solution. You will partner with the senior leadership team to design and implement pricing disciplines that strengthen our market position and profitability.

You will drive the transition to SaaS pricing, develop value-based pricing frameworks, and collaborate across Sales, Finance, Marketing and Product to analyze competitive pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline, finance, economics, data science or other business field.
• 10+ years of B2B solutions experience.
• 8+ years of experience with financial analysis, data analytics, price curve modeling and SaaS pricing models.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain revisions to banking pricing strategy with stakeholder buy-in from Senior Leadership Team.
• Drive transition from license-based to SaaS pricing models while maintaining profitability.
• Develop pricing strategies aligned with business goals and market trends, including value-based pricing.
• Establish and document pricing processes and educate teams on pricing policy.
• Provide costing and pricing support for existing structures; customize templates and models; produce profitability metrics.
