Job summary

ACI Speedpay, a unit of ACI Worldwide, is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for Government & Insurance segments. You will own a strategic book of business, nurture executive sponsorship, and drive retention, revenue growth, and forecast accuracy for high-value biller clients.

This role leads business reviews, coordinates with Sales on expansion, manages complex renewals, protects pricing, and advocates for clients internally with Product, Ops, Support, Legal and Finance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience, including payments experience. Government or insurance experience is a strong plus.
• BS/BA or 8 years of equivalent experience.
• Expert-level payments knowledge & a track record of turning clients into references & advocates.
• Comfort with C-suite & board-level conversations, both with clients & inside ACI.
• Experience negotiating complex, high-value contracts & renewals.
• Comfort with ambiguity. You can plan for yourself, frame a problem and drive it to an owner & a date.
• Discipline with CRM & customer success tools like Salesforce & Gainsight.

Responsibilities

• Retain revenue growth and forecast for high-value biller clients in government & insurance.
• Build relationships with executive sponsors at multiple levels to shape the client's strategic agenda.
• Lead conversation-led business reviews; measure value and drive expansion with Sales.
• Manage complex renewals with close plans and protect pricing for all stakeholders.
• Advocate for clients internally, coordinating with Product, Ops, Support, Legal & Finance to fulfill commitments.
• Improve the CS system by contributing insights for segment strategy and the roadmap.
