Job summary

RS Americas is seeking a seasoned Pricing Manager to lead a pricing team, drive margin expansion, and implement analytics-driven pricing across a high-SKU catalog in the Americas. You will collaborate with Finance, Product, Sales and IT to ensure accurate, scalable pricing aligned with strategic goals.

The role emphasizes governance, cross-functional leadership, and continuous improvement of pricing capabilities, including system enhancements and data integrity across pricing inputs.

Qualifications

• Experience in pricing, analytics, or finance within distribution/manufacturing/B2B.
• Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
• Deep analytical skills to translate data into insights.
• Experience with pricing methodologies including benchmarking, cost-plus, and margin-based pricing.
• Experience with large-SKU pricing execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of pricing analysts and analysts; set priorities and coach performance.
• Oversee pricing execution including benchmarking, cost-plus, and supplier-guided pricing updates.
• Ensure pricing accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across a large SKU catalog and online channels.
• Establish and enforce pricing governance, policies, and approval frameworks.
• Partner with commercial, product, and supply chain teams to align pricing decisions with business strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement in pricing processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Own pricing performance tracking across margin, price realization, and competitors.
