Meijer Inc. in Michigan seeks a Pricing Manager to lead lifecycle pricing strategies, manage pricing systems, and collaborate with Merchandising leaders to drive growth. You will mentor Analysts, ensuring guardrails and timely reporting to leadership.

You will utilize SAS, SQL, Nielsen data, and other tools to develop national and own-brand pricing strategies that maximize sales and margin while aligning with Meijer's branding.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, or related field; master’s preferred.
• 5+ years pricing or analytics in retail.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and statistical skills.
• Experience with SAS, SPSS, Stata, Nielsen, SQL and BI tools.
• Proficient in Revionics, DemandTec, and advanced Excel.

Mansioni

• Lead lifecycle pricing strategies and pricing governance.
• Partner with Merchandising GVPs/VPs, DMMs and Buyers on pricing.
• Mentor Pricing Analysts and set stretch goals.
• Influence decisions using data from Nielsen, pricing tools and guardrails.
• Develop strategies for national and own-brand programs.
• Publish scorecards and reports to internal partners.
