Qualifications
- 5–7 years of pricing, promotional analytics, category management, merchandising, buying, or related retail experience.
- Strong analytical skills including Excel; experience with BI/visualization tools.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly and influence cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead category deep dives to evaluate pricing, promotions, and performance, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Partner with merchant teams and analysts to apply pricing frameworks and identify investment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain category Golden Rules and monitor pricing/promotional impact on AUR, margin and competitive position.
- Present insights and recommendations to cross-functional partners and influence decisions.
